Reverend Grant Martin, 72, of 1185 Mitchell Ford Rd., Clarkton, NC transitioned on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Whiteville, NC. 
 

Viewing- Friday, March 13, 2026 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.

Visitation- The family will receive friends at the home.

Survivors- his spouse, Norma Martin of the home, three sons, Trent Martin(Brielle) of Covington, Georgia, Maurice Martin and Marvin Martin(Angie) both of Danville, Virginia, one daughter, Tanae Kerr(Jerome) of Middleburg, Florida, two sisters, Shirley Henderson of Baltimore, Maryland and Donna Martin of Bronx, New York, a host of grandchildren. 
 

Funeral- Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 1:00pm at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 426 Booker T. Washington Rd., Clarkton, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Anthony Henry. 
 

Burial- Holy Bethel Cemetery, Clarkton, NC.
